Tolu Afonja is certified Life and Relationship Coach, a Master Practitioner of Neuro‑Linguistic Programming(NLP), and an Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner (EICP), with over fifteen years of experience as a Human Resources Professional cutting across Education, Banking, Consulting and Coaching.
As a Life and Relationship Coach, she focuses on helping individuals, couples and organisations to transition from their current state to their desired state, to evolve to thrive as they become the best versions of themselves in achieving peak performance. This she achieves through providing solutions as a Faculty Member and Chief Operating Officer of Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA); and as the Principal Consultant with Evolve2Thrive Limited.
Tolu Afonja is also the founder of “Be4Marriage”, a Relationship Coaching Platform created to help engaged couples evolve to thrive together, preparing them for marital bliss. A certified SYMBIS Facilitator, she also works with married couples who desire to improve the dynamics in their marriage, to enjoy happiness and fulfilment.
She anchors “The Uncensored Talk”, a live radio show on Lagos Talks 91.3fm, focused on building strong and harmonious relationships and marriages.
In March 2019, Tolu was honoured with the Icon Award at the Coaching Icon Awards.
She is a member of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD). She is also an accredited Management Trainer with the Nigerian Centre for Management Development (NCMD).
